Annie Dumont

Annie Dumont isn’t your typical real estate agent. She’s strategic, hands-on, and deeply invested in helping people through one of the biggest transitions of their lives. With years of experience and a strong understanding of the Seattle metro market, Annie approaches every transaction with thoughtfulness, creativity, and genuine care for the people involved.

Clients often say the same thing after working with her: “You just get me.” Annie has a knack for tuning into what matters most to people and helping them make confident decisions along the way. She understands that buying or selling a home isn’t just a financial move. It’s about timing, life changes, and the excitement of what comes next.

When it comes to the details, Annie is both strategic and practical. She helps buyers craft strong, competitive offers and works closely with sellers to prepare their homes so they shine in the market. Her goal is simple: great results and a process that feels clear, supported, and maybe even a little fun.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Annie has always had an entrepreneurial streak. Before real estate, she ran her own businesses and developed a deep appreciation for homes, design, and the potential within a space. She’s someone who enjoys building things, solving problems, and rolling up her sleeves to make ideas happen.

Outside of work, Annie is usually volunteering at her daughters’ school, experimenting with a new wallpaper idea at home, leading a Girl Scout troop or going down an Architectural Digest rabbit hole. She also loves refinishing furniture and tackling the occasional DIY project.

Annie holds both the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and a Luxury Home Specialist certification. Titles aside, what matters most to her is being the steady, trusted guide her clients can rely on from start to finish.
